IWe are running exchange server standard sp3 with 12gb of memory. We have about 120 users and about 30 mobile devices that use active sync. I've seen many places where they say it's normal behavior for store.exe to use tons of memory but it's using 5gb of memory on the server. So we are constantly at 91% memory used. CPU usage is very low.
